Wunderhouse, Madrid

This residence was built for the Marquis of Villa Magna in the 1870s and it is a historical monument with impressive architectural features. It is located in a quiet cobbled street in one of the most popular neighborhoods of Madrid. Until 2014, the building was owned by the Vatican but, after extensive renovation, it became an exclusive residence for students, opening its doors in September 2015.

We have respected, as much as possible, the original architecture of the building.
