The flatshare is strategically located in the "Vauban" neighborhood, in the heart of Lille. Several public transports, restaurants, shops are available near at hand. The apartment is on floor #7 , with elevator. It is entirely furnished and includes a complete kitchen with fridge, toaster, pans, crockery, kitchen ustensils, microwave, kettle… It also has a clothes rack, an ironing board, a washing machine, an iron.
You will also find cleaning items in the accommodation: dustpan and brush, bagless hoover, broom, mop and bucket… Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: housing insurance, unlimited wi-fi, condominium fees, water, electricity, household waste tax.

All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

The Vauban neighbourhood covers the area from the Esquermes neighbourhood up to Lille’s citadelle, where the Deûle canal flows peacefully and the huge Boulogne forest stretches on silently. Vauban boulevard and the rue Nationale are lined with universities and higher education establishments such as the University Catholique, home to 30,000 students. This young neighbourhood is peaceful, wooded and quite residential, and you can find many students taking some time out in the bars and restaurants, as well as family homes further south. It’s very easy to explore the city from Vauban neighbourhood as the main roads all pass through here (boulevard Vauban, rue Solférino, boulevard de la Liberté and rue Nationale).

d'allocations familiales is a free public service eligible for all,
including foreigners and can help you financially to pay part of your
housing according to your situation whether you are French or foreign. To
find out the potential amount of your assistance, go to the CAF website and
complete the online APL (housing assistance) estimate.

Service fee : from 690€
The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance
throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of
the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of
need for intervention in your accommodation.
