The flatshare can be found in the "Vauban" neighborhood, in the heart of Lille. Several shops, restaurants, public transports can be found nearby. The apartment is on floor #1 , with elevator. It is entirely furnished and includes a complete kitchen with refrigerator, crockery, kettle, toaster, kitchen ustensils, microwave, pans… The flat also has an iron, a clothes rack, an ironing board, a washing machine.
Additionally, you will find cleaning items in the flatshare: bagless hoover, mop and bucket, broom, dustpan and brush… Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: water, household waste tax, electricity, housing insurance, condominium fees, unlimited wi-fi.

All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

The Vauban neighbourhood covers the area from the Esquermes neighbourhood up to Lille’s citadelle, where the Deûle canal flows peacefully and the huge Boulogne forest stretches on silently. Vauban boulevard and the rue Nationale are lined with universities and higher education establishments such as the University Catholique, home to 30,000 students. This young neighbourhood is peaceful, wooded and quite residential, and you can find many students taking some time out in the bars and restaurants, as well as family homes further south. It’s very easy to explore the city from Vauban neighbourhood as the main roads all pass through here (boulevard Vauban, rue Solférino, boulevard de la Liberté and rue Nationale).

including foreigners and can help you financially to pay part of your
housing according to your situation whether you are French or foreign. To

Service fee : from 6.9€
The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance
throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of
the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of
need for intervention in your accommodation.
