The hotel offers accommodation ranging in size from 15 to 27 m², with kitchenette and private bathroom with sanitary facilities and shower. Each tenant has an Internet connection and free use of restrooms and bike rooms. Equipped with a washer and dryer¹ available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The residence has a secure parking area in the basement and parking spaces are available for rent at €50 per month. Our student accommodation type T2 is open for shared accommodation. All residences are eligible for ALS FCA. Each tenant has a connection to free internet, as well as eligibility for the ALS Café.
