All our flats are located in the city centre and close to all amenities and public transport (Metro, Tramway and Bus). This sublime private room in a shared apartment, furnished, equipped and turnkey in Lyon, combines comfort and design. It has many amenities such as a comfortable and hypoallergenic double bed with duvet and pillows. All you need to bring is your luggage to settle in! The rooms are lockable if you prefer to keep your belongings under lock and key. All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...) The accommodation is located in the Brotteaux district, in the centre of Lyon. Many restaurants, shops and public transport are located in the area. The flat is on the ground floor. It is ready to live in and offers a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, utensils, pots, kettle, toaster, microwave, frying pans, crockery... As well as a washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Household cleaning equipment is provided in the apartment: broom, hoover, bucket and mop, brush... Each furnished apartment includes all charges: condominium fees, unlimited wifi, water, home insurance, electricity, rubbish tax. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, crockery, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of technical and material maintenance. To the north of the Brotteaux, the Parc de la Tête d'Or offers green spaces, a lake and an open zoo with over 400 animals. To the south, Part-Dieu, located in the heart of Lyon's business centre, is home to one of Europe's largest shopping centres and is the hub for Lyon's transport system (metro, trains, airport, etc.).
