All our flats are located in the city centre and close to all amenities and public transport (Metro, Tramway and Bus). It is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, pans, dishes, pots, utensils, toaster, microwave, kettle... But also ironing board, iron, washing machine, tancarville. All the necessary cleaning equipment is already present inside the flat: broom, hoover, bucket and mop, brush...

Each furnished flat includes all the charges: water, home insurance, unlimited wifi, electricity, rubbish tax, condominium charges. \All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, crockery, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of technical and material maintenance.
