The LOGIFAC Courmont student residence is located on the Lyon Sud campus in Pierre-Bénite. Located next to Lyon South Medical School and preparatory courses, it is convenient to study the same courses as the apartment next door neighbor!

The area is quiet and served by bus lines 88, C7 and C10, as well as metro line B (which will be extended by the end of 2023). Jean de La Fontaine Park is a 5-minute walk away and you can visit shops and restaurants.

The studios have a fully equipped kitchen area and some are suitable for people with reduced mobility (PRM). The student dormitories are newly built with studios, laundry rooms and bicycle rooms. TV and internet are included in the rent.
