The flatshare can be found in the "Part Dieu" neighborhood, in the heart of Lyon. Several restaurants, shops, public transports are available close at hand. The apartment is on floor #1 , with elevator. It is entirely furnished and includes a fitted kitchen with fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, kitchen ustensils, crockery, pans… The accommodation also contains a clothes rack, a washing machine, an ironing board, an iron.
Additionally, you will find cleaning items in the flatshare: bagless hoover, broom, dustpan and brush, mop and bucket… Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: electricity, condominium fees, housing insurance, unlimited wi-fi, household waste tax, water.

All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

Part-Dieu, in the 3rd arrondissement, is both Lyon's commercial district and the main shopping temple of the city. Here, where this wonderful all-inclusive flatshare is located, you can find one of Europe's biggest shopping centres with some 300 outlets as well as several impressive office-block towers and Lyon's biggest train station which receives hundred of thousands of travellers every day! This modern neighbourhood constitute's Lyon's main transport hub with trains, buses, trams, coaches, the subway, and the airport shuttle all connecting here. During the lunch-time service, restaurants are buzzing as waiting staff rapidly serve professionals eating there. However by the evening, the pace slows down and the neighbourhood, full of life during the day, becomes calm again. The city council has begun exciting large-scale renovation works to transform the area into a greener living space.

d'allocations familiales is a free public service eligible for all,
including foreigners and can help you financially to pay part of your
housing according to your situation whether you are French or foreign. To
find out the potential amount of your assistance, go to the CAF website and
complete the online APL (housing assistance) estimate.

Service fee : from 890€
The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance
throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of
the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of
need for intervention in your accommodation.
