The flatshare is ideally located in the "Guillotière" neighborhood, in the centre of Lyon. Several public transports, restaurants, shops are located close by. The apartment is on floor #2 , with elevator. It is entirely equipped and includes a large kitchen with refrigerator, kettle, microwave, pans, crockery, kitchen ustensils, toaster… The accommodation also contains a clothes rack, an ironing board, an iron, a washing machine.
You will also find cleaning items directly in the apartment: mop and bucket, bagless hoover, broom, dustpan and brush… Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: household waste tax, condominium fees, water, electricity, unlimited wi-fi, housing insurance.

Just one bridge separates you from Bellecour square, and from the river banks the view of the majestic Hôtel Dieu is simply unmissable.

including foreigners and can help you financially to pay part of your
housing according to your situation whether you are French or foreign. To

complete the online APL (housing assistance) estimate.

Service fee : from 890€
The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance
throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of
the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of
need for intervention in your accommodation.

Deposit : 900€
