The flatshare is located in the "Universités" neighborhood, in the centre of Lyon. Many restaurants, shops, public transports are at your disposal nearby. The apartment is on floor #1 . It is entirely equipped and includes a complete kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, crockery, kettle, pans, toaster, kitchen ustensils… The flat also has a washing machine, an ironing board, an iron, a clothes rack.
You will also find cleaning items in the flatshare: mop and bucket, bagless hoover, dustpan and brush, broom… Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: housing insurance, water, household waste tax, unlimited wi-fi, condominium fees, electricity.

All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

Nearby is the popular tree-lined Carnot square which hosts restaurant terraces in summer and the Christmas market in winter. The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance
throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of
the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of
need for intervention in your accommodation.
