The flatshare is ideally located in the "Monchat" neighborhood, in the heart of Lyon. Many public transports, shops, restaurants are located nearby. The apartment is on the ground floor. It is entirely furnished and is composed of a fitted kitchen with refrigerator, pans, microwave, kettle, crockery, toaster, kitchen ustensils… The flat also has an iron, a clothes rack, an ironing board, a washing machine.
Additionally, you will find cleaning items directly in the apartment: bagless hoover, broom, mop and bucket, dustpan and brush… Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: electricity, unlimited wi-fi, water, housing insurance, household waste tax, condominium fees.

All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

Charming brick houses and gardens make Lacassange – Montchat, in Lyon’s 3rd arrondissement, feel like a little French village. The calm, suburban atmosphere makes it one of the rare neighbourhoods in the greater Lyon area which still has its old charm, with its vast green spaces like the George Bazin park and the Chambovet park (which offers an outstanding panoramic view of the city as well as the cathedral on Fourvière hill). Many organic fruit-and-veg markets are held in the area, in addition to the traditional market of the Château de Montchat – a building which itself dates from the 16th century and nowadays is used as function rooms for business seminars and festive events. Montchat is also close to Part Dieu, Lyon’s commercial district which is home to one of Europe’s largest shopping centres and the main public transport hub (subway, airport shuttle, trains, buses, trams, coaches…). d'allocations familiales is a free public service eligible for all,
including foreigners and can help you financially to pay part of your
housing according to your situation whether you are French or foreign. To
find out the potential amount of your assistance, go to the CAF website and
complete the online APL (housing assistance) estimate.

Service fee : from 890€
The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance
throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of
the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of
need for intervention in your accommodation.
