The flatshare is strategically located in the "Brotteaux" neighborhood, in the centre of Lyon. Several restaurants, public transports, shops are accessible close at hand. The apartment is on floor #1 . It is entirely furnished and includes a fitted kitchen with refrigerator, toaster, kettle, kitchen ustensils, crockery, microwave, pans… It also has an ironing board, a washing machine, an iron, a clothes rack.
You will also find cleaning items in the accommodation: mop and bucket, dustpan and brush, broom, bagless hoover… Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: electricity, condominium fees, unlimited wi-fi, household waste tax, housing insurance, water.

All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

At the heart of the Brotteaux neighbourhood in the 6th arrondissement is an architectural wonder - the old Brotteaux train station, now home to the Paris Drouot auction house and 3-Michelin-starred chef Paul Bocuse’s “Est” brasserie as well as a trendy rooftop bar and a private nightclub. This calm, bourgeois neighbourhood is renowned for the beauty of its streets, public squares and fountains. Situated in Lyon’s 6th arrondissement, where you can found this cosy bedroom in a furnished flatshare, Brotteaux is half-way between Part Dieu and the Tête d’Or park. To the North, the Tête d’Or park offers green spaces, a lake and an open-air zoo home to more than 400 animals. To the south, Part Dieu, Lyon’s business district, accommodates one of Europe’s biggest shopping centres and the city’s main transport hub (trains, buses, trams, subway, airport shuttle…).

d'allocations familiales is a free public service eligible for all,
including foreigners and can help you financially to pay part of your
housing according to your situation whether you are French or foreign. To
find out the potential amount of your assistance, go to the CAF website and
complete the online APL (housing assistance) estimate.

Service fee : from 790€
The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance
throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of
the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of
need for intervention in your accommodation.
