STUDIOS, T1 OR T2 : FOR A RENT IN SOLO OR DUO AT THE STUDENT RESIDENCE OLYMPIADES
Several living areas organize our accommodation at the Montpellier Les Olympiades student residence. These living spaces are designed to guarantee comfort and success. In the studios and the T1, the corner office will allow you to study in the best conditions; the kitchenette will be the way to revitalize you; the sleeping area will allow you to rest and finally the bathroom corner will be there for you to take care of yourself. The T2 apartments can accommodate 2 people, couples or roommates. Depending on the desired configuration, the beds and the kitchenette can be set up differently. For roommates, we will separate the kitchenette from the main room and arrange single beds (one in the room and another in the living room). For couples, the main room will have the kitchenette and the bedroom has a double bed instead.

Our student accommodation in Montpellier is located in the heart of the Richter – Port Marianne district, on the banks of the river Lez. Therefore, you will be a 5-minute walk away from the Place de la Comedie. Also, the residence is located in front of the faculties of Economics and AES. Paul Valéry University is reachable within 20 minutes using the tram. You will also be close to the Pompignane and Millénaire technology parks.
