The flatshare can be found in the "Gambetta" neighborhood, in the centre of Montpellier. Plenty of public transports, restaurants, shops are accessible nearby. The apartment is on floor #2 . It is entirely furnished and is composed of a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, pans, kettle, microwave, kitchen ustensils, toaster, crockery… The flat also has an ironing board, a washing machine, an iron, a clothes rack.
Additionally, you will find cleaning items directly in the apartment: broom, dustpan and brush, bagless hoover, mop and bucket… Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: electricity, housing insurance, unlimited wi-fi, household waste tax, condominium fees, water.

All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

Split into two by the Cours Gambetta which gives it its name, the Gambetta neighbourhood serves as gentle transition from the ancient part of Montpellier and the most recent one. This is the perfect location for this lovely room in a furnished flatshare. The construction of the tramway line radically changed the profile of the neighbourhood, which is today in full transformation. The modern buildings and the old one-storey houses often have cosy hidden gardens – some small oasis of coolness and greenery during the summer time.
The Clemenceau park is a pleasant place to live on a daily basis – sports addicts, hikers, outdoor readers will find their cup of tea here. Last but not least, the neighbourhood is full of trades, pharmacies, bio supermarkets, tobacco shops.

d'allocations familiales is a free public service eligible for all,
including foreigners and can help you financially to pay part of your
housing according to your situation whether you are French or foreign. To

Service fee : from 690€
The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance
throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of
the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of
need for intervention in your accommodation.
