The room has a door latch if you wish to keep your belongings safe while away.

The flatshare is located in the "Centre Historique - Comédie" neighborhood, in the heart of Montpellier. A lot of restaurants, public transports, shops are available near at hand. The apartment is on floor #3 . It is entirely furnished and includes a complete kitchen with refrigerator, pans, toaster, kettle, crockery, microwave, kitchen ustensils… The flat also has an iron, an ironing board, a washing machine, a clothes rack.
Additionally, you will find cleaning items in the accommodation: bagless hoover, broom, mop and bucket, dustpan and brush… Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: household waste tax, housing insurance, unlimited wi-fi, electricity, condominium fees, water.

All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

The “Comédie” district gets its name from the square “Place de la Comédie”, home to the “opéra de la Comédie" (musical theatre). This central square is also called “place de l’oeuf” (egg square) due to its oval shape, in the middle you will find the Fountain of the Three Graces: one of Montpellier’s most well known meeting points which pays homage to the city’s iconic goddesses. With it being one of the largest pedestrian walkways in Europe, it’s a sight not to be missed! Here you can admire the beautiful 19th century buildings, appreciate the works of the street artists, or have a drink in one of the many terrasses. Many public transport links are within the vicinity (buses, tram lines 1 and 2). This district is very lively and dynamic, as it is also the cultural, economic, touristic and administrative hub of the city.

d'allocations familiales is a free public service eligible for all,
including foreigners and can help you financially to pay part of your
housing according to your situation whether you are French or foreign. To
find out the potential amount of your assistance, go to the CAF website and
complete the online APL (housing assistance) estimate.

Service fee : from 690€
The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance
throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of
the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of
need for intervention in your accommodation.
