The flatshare is strategically located in the "Gares" neighborhood, in the centre of Montpellier. Many shops, restaurants, public transports are accessible nearby. The apartment is on floor #1 . It is entirely furnished and includes a large kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, pans, kitchen ustensils, crockery… The accommodation also contains a washing machine, an ironing board, an iron, a clothes rack.
You will also find cleaning items in the accommodation: mop and bucket, broom, dustpan and brush, bagless hoover… Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: household waste tax, condominium fees, housing insurance, water, electricity, unlimited wi-fi.

All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

With its neoclassical façade and its Greek columns in the foreground, the Saint-Roch train station is a remarkable building you can't miss. It is the nerve centre of Montpellier: both tramways and several busses reach this place and leave to the surrounding areas. The regional and international train networks depart from the very centre of Montpellier. The Planchon squares sits just in front of the train station since 1858 – a small but cosy park where you can spend time in the sun. Fun fact: a Ginkgo Biloba, a massive tree with a circumferences of 4,5 meters (almost 15 feet!) - which was probably planted at the opening of the park, can offer some nice shadows during the hottest days. In this district you’ll find all the facilities you need: supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and concert bars – where you can enjoy your evenings!

The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance
throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of
the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of
need for intervention in your accommodation.
