【The space】
The apartment is located on the fourth floor with an elevator in a secure building with a guardian who is present there 24/7. As you enter, on the left, there’s a massive wardrobe with lots of storage space with hangers and shelves.
On the right, there’s an entrance to the bathroom which comes with a bathtub. As you enter the living area, the sleeping corner is on the right that has a double bed and a bedside table. On the left, there’s a TV with a cabinet, a table, and a chair for studying/working from home.
At the end towards the right side of the living room you can find the entrance to the open concept kitchen that is set up in two halves facing each other where on one side there’s a counter that can be used for chopping, keeping frequently used supplies, or even drying dishes and on the other side that is equipped with a microwave, electric stove, and a fridge. The end of the living room opens up to a private balcony that’s around 9m2 where you can enjoy an unhindered view of Paris.
