The residence offers furnished and fully equipped accommodations, from studio to shared two-bedroom (T3) apartments:

• -      Studios are equipped with a small kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator and tableware), a private bathroom, a sleeping area and an office area.
• -      Shared apartments: our T3 apartments offer 2 private bedrooms and a communal living space.

Our apartments + are located on the 2nd to 5th floors, and our apartments ++ are located on the 6th to 8th floors.

All tenants have free internet access.  

The Good Morning Cergy I residence is part of our Good Morning residences: student co-living residences where ideas spark, friendships flourish, and collaboration knows no bounds.  One single goal: living together.

With plenty of places to get together, our residents can enjoy facilities such as the Chill Room and Study Space with their own lounge and workspaces, the Game Room, the Rooftop and the Wash Bar where they can do their laundry without having to walk for miles.

Up for a meal to share or a get-together? The Kitchen Lab is for you! Perfectly equipped, this space is ideal for everyday social gatherings.

Want to blow off some steam? Our rooftop gym has everything you need for a great workout!

Are you an experienced musician or a beginner? Discover the Music Lab! Equipped with an array of musical instruments and acoustic panels, it’s bound to please all music lovers.

Looking for a quiet place to work? Thanks to its different rooms and spaces, the Study Space is ideal for group work or study sessions.

Need a breath of fresh air? The fully equipped Rooftop will appeal to all our tenants whether they're keen to work outdoors or simply relax in the sun.

The Wash Bar**, equipped with washers and dryers, is open 24/7.
