I had my key break in the lock, and they helped me change it for free. I can say it’s absolutely wonderful! I also asked other locksmiths, and just the call-out fee is 60 euros. Disadvantages: There is a bar downstairs, which can be a bit noisy on weekends. The apartment's washing machine and dryer are from another company, and they have been broken for a long time without anyone coming to fix them. The internet is not very stable.
