The environment is nice, the service is great, and the room is satisfactory.
Very good, close to the subway, but there are many insects.
Overall, it is still very good, very close to the New City Square, with convenient transportation around. The butler, Uncle Cai, is excellent, and the staff's service efficiency is also very impressive. Highly recommended~~~

The apartment itself is quite well-equipped, located just a wall away from the subway station, but the actual travel time takes 10 minutes. The concierge is a genuine Hong Kong uncle, and he is really nice and lives in the mountains. Additionally, the internet speed is relatively slow, so you need to arrange for your own high-speed internet. If you're looking for a studio for one person, I still recommend a serviced apartment.

The location is acceptable, close to the subway station, and there are many shopping malls nearby, which is quite convenient. However, since it belongs to a village house, delivery personnel cannot find the location of Qingyang Residence, making it extremely inconvenient for food delivery and packages. Additionally, because it is at the foot of the mountain, there are many insects, and the humidity is high; I usually don’t dare to open the windows... There are a bit too many cockroaches and geckos, so I wouldn't recommend it for girls who are afraid of insects. In summary, the living experience is average, and I recommend everyone to rent a high-rise apartment or stay in a hotel.
