[Apartment rental period]

The lease period is flexible, with a minimum of one month. The specific lease start date needs to be determined after inspection. There is no agency fee for direct rent of serviced apartments;

1~5 months lease period: You need to pay when signing the contract, first month's rent + 1 month's deposit. The remaining rent is paid monthly.
