The apartment is equipped with an elevator and a shared living space for residents to cook and socialize. The self-service laundry room is free for residents to use. The management fee is 680HKD  per resident per month (including weekly room cleaning, daily public area cleaning, customer service, room maintenance, security system, elevator and fire system maintenance, etc.).

Full payment:

Deposit: 2 months accommodation fee (paid upon signing).

Instalment payment (payment every four months, 15% surcharge):

Deposit: 4 months accommodation fee (paid upon signing).

Rent:

First installment: 4 months accommodation fee + management fee

Second installment: 4 months accommodation fee + management fee

Third installment: 4 months accommodation fee + management fee
Lease term: 12 months.
