【Special Notes】
1. Windows cannot be opened in any room type, but the rooms have a fresh air system for ventilation.

2. Guests are required to pay a refundable security deposit (HKD 5,000) in cash or the same amount authorized by their credit card upon check-in to guarantee against any loss or damage to the hotel. This deposit is not considered a deposit for miscellaneous expenses (including but not limited to food and beverages, laundry). If the guarantee is made by credit card, the pre-approval code is only valid for one month after issuance. The hotel will automatically update it monthly until the guest checks out.

3. All guests are required to pay a refundable miscellaneous deposit of HK$2,000 in cash or the same amount authorized on their credit card upon check-in. If miscellaneous charges incurred during the guest's stay exceed the credit limit (HK$2,000), the guest must settle all charges within 24 hours. If the guest fails to settle the charges within the specified time, the hotel will directly charge the credit card provided at check-in or the room will be locked. If the guest checks out during the stay, all miscellaneous charges must be settled upon check-out.
