The hotel apartment offers a buy-one-get-one-free laundry service for HK$30, meaning one wash and one dryer for HK$30.

Shared Kitchen

The newly opened shared kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, perfect for showcasing your culinary skills. It provides a range of basic cooking utensils, including pots and bowls, as well as an air fryer, rice cooker, steam oven, induction cooktop, and sterilizer. Daily disinfection and cleaning services ensure the shared kitchen is spotless.

1. Upon check-in, guests are required to pay a refundable security deposit (HKD 5,000) in cash or an amount equal to the credit card authorization. This deposit is not considered a deposit for incidental charges (including, but not limited to, meals and laundry). If the security deposit is secured by a credit card, the pre-approval code is only valid for one month after receipt. The hotel will automatically renew it monthly until check-out.

2. Upon check-in, all guests are required to pay a refundable incidental deposit of HKD 2,000 in cash or an amount equal to the credit card authorization. Any incidental charges incurred during a guest's stay exceeding the HKD 2,000 credit limit must be paid in full within 24 hours. If payment is not made within the specified timeframe, the hotel will charge the credit card provided at check-in or your room will be locked. If guests check out during their stay, all incidental charges must be settled upon check-out and departure.

3. Rent is payable in one lump sum.
