【Details to note when checking in】

1. Water, electricity and network are all included, cleaning service is provided once a week at a fixed time (time to be agreed after check-in), and maintenance is included.

2. Shower gel, shampoo, laundry detergent, garbage bags and other daily necessities are purchased by yourself.

3. The garbage in the room needs to be dumped into the trash can behind the fire door, and the lid of the trash can should be closed.

4. Turn off the electrical appliances that do not need to be charged when going out, such as air conditioners and lights.

5. Check the room irregularly. If it is found that the power supply is not turned off or the electrical appliances are not turned off when going out, three warning opportunities will be given. From the fourth time onwards, a fine of 100HKD will be imposed.

6. In order to prevent affecting others' rest, no noise is allowed before 10am in the morning and after 8pm in the evening.
