What supplies are provided in the unit?


1. Basic tableware (chopsticks, knife, fork, spoon, pot, pan, water pot)


2. Bath towels and face towels (quantity based on number of people or at least 4 sets), 2 floor towels


3. TV, TV cabinet, dining table, 4 dining chairs, 1 hair dryer (placed in the TV cabinet)


4. Microwave oven, refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioner (1 each in the dining room and each room), wardrobe (1 each in each room)


5. 1 single bed 90*180cm, 2 double beds 120*180cm


6. Pillows, sheets, quilts (double 205 x 240 cm, single 160 x 240 cm)

Are there any supplies not provided in the unit?


1. Daily necessities, such as: shower gel, shampoo, dental supplies, cleaning supplies, etc.

3. Toilet paper (provided at check-in and will not be provided again)


What should I do if the equipment or appliances in the unit need repair or I need to ask how to use them?


Contact the service desk staff from 9:00am-20:00pm. At other times, you can leave a message or contact the service desk administrator staff for follow-up.


 


Home cleaning basics?


1. Change bedding


2. Basic cleaning in the unit


3. Furniture and bedding purchased by guests will not be cleaned or replaced.


4. The towels provided will not be replaced and guests must clean them themselves.


5. If the tenant requires additional household cleaning, he or she can apply at the service desk for a fee of HK$300 each time.


 


How to book a gym located on the ground floor of the building?


1. Contact the service desk staff to make a reservation


2. The scheduled usage time for each session is one hour.


3. The same unit can book at most one session per day


4. A maximum of 4 people can use the gym at the same time


5. The opening hours of the gym are from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm


6. Cleaning staff will enter the gym from time to time for cleaning.

Cancellation Policy

Details

Cancellation policy:
There are no refunds after payment has been made.
Sublet policy: After the tenant has paid the deposit and signed the confirmation letter, if there are any changes, such as: rental date, unit, tenant name. The owner will charge an administrative fee of HKD 200.
If a tenant who has moved in and signed a formal lease changes his name during the lease period, the landlord will arrange to sign a consent form for termination of the lease and a new lease (the termination date is the same as the original lease). The landlord will charge a fee of HKD 500. The administrative fee and stamp duty (printing fee) for the new lease will be fully paid by the new tenant."
Sublet policy:

1. After signing the confirmation of tenancy or before the lease start date, the handling fee for changing any information on the terms of the lease is HKD500;
2. Subletting after the formal lease has taken effect:
a. The new tenancy agreement becomes effective in the month following the date of application.
b. Provide proof of identity of the new tenant
c. Fees payable under the lease:
1) The tenancy change fee is HKD one thousand ($1,000)
2) Stamp duty (stamp fee) for new lease
Documents required to be signed:
1) The original tenant signs a "Letter of Agreement to Transfer the Deposit"
2) The new tenant signs a new lease
