Whole flat is around 450 square feet and 100 square feet balcony , then 300 square feet rooftop ,it is a good big size for hong kong apartment.
Do not be loud after 10pm.

There is a contruction . So it might get noise during the day no smoking. if smoking. will charge 5000 hkd for deep cleaning no filming unless you have got permission from us .if we found out. will be 10000HKD penalty please select the right amount of guest staying. no matter they are staying over night or not. we will charge 500 per over extra guest if we found out
there is an art piece if it is broken will charge you 10000 HKD
