The apartment is located in Tseung Kwan O Lohas Park. It has 4 bedrooms, 1 living room and 2 bathrooms. It only accommodates 5 people. The apartment is equipped with various intimate facilities such as electronic locks/dryers/air purifiers. It is not mixed, but only rents. For mainland students, is committed to creating exquisite co-living spaces for students and bringing a warm living experience.
【Traffic】
MTR: From Lohas Park Station, it takes about 20 minutes to reach Quarry Bay on Hong Kong Island and Kwun Tong in Kowloon, and about 30 minutes to Central and Kowloon Tong.
Bus: There is also a bus stop next to Lingkai, where residents can travel to and from Tseung Kwan O, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hung Hom, and Kowloon City.
School: The city is close to the MTR Lohas Park Station. Residents can use the covered footbridge on the 3rd floor to get to the MTR Tseung Kwan O Line Lohas Park Station. The journey takes about 5 minutes. Cannes arrives at Hang Hau MRT Station in 11 minutes, then transfer to minibus 11M (15 minutes) to Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
