The maintenance of the house is timely, and there are dedicated personnel to clean the common areas every week.
It is very close to City University, just an 8-minute walk away. The security and environment of the community are also very good! The dormitory has complete facilities and sound insulation, making it convenient for daily studying in the dorm. You can move in directly with your luggage, which is very convenient as you don't have to bring bedding! The internet speed is incredibly fast!

The stay experience was quite good, with a welcome package that included toothbrushes, towels, quilts, and pillows. The cleaning staff and maintenance workers downstairs were very nice. The room matched the description, but there was no living room. The promotional video provided at the time showed a living room, but that was actually the living room before the renovation; after the house was renovated for rental, there was no living room, which felt a bit misleading.
