Rent payment method: two-year deposit

If you pay quarterly, you need to pay 4 months' rent as a deposit when booking, and the last two months' rent can be deducted from the deposit.

  (1) Pay the whole year's rent in one go, and you can enjoy the annual payment price of platform login (annual rent is more preferential than quarterly payment, the specific discount amount is shown on the official website)

(2) The quarterly rent is the original price, that is, the quarterly rent price is based on the official website price plus 6%.

Note: PhDs and RAs with proof of employment will add 3% to the quarterly rent price.
