Apartment Introduction

The apartment is close to Exit C2 of Prince Edward Station in Kowloon, with extremely convenient transportation and geographical location. The whole building is a 10-story apartment exclusively for Hong Kong drifters, all of which are single rooms. The apartment has 24-hour CCTV, elevators and public spaces, making it a safe choice in the city.

Prince is located in the northern part of Yau Tsim Mong District, Hong Kong. The area is full of buildings, mainly shopping malls and residential buildings. It is on the edge of the famous tourist shopping area around Nathan Road. You can enjoy the convenience of life without being bothered by the busy area.

Not far from the dormitory is United Plaza, which has everything for shopping and food. In addition, within a 10-minute walk, you can reach the famous Mong Kok Flower Market, MOKO New Century Plaza, etc. in Hong Kong. Enjoy a taste of life and go out.

[Cost details]

The service fee includes water, electricity, network, management fee, property fee, and public area cleaning fee. If the lease period is less than one year, an additional 15% service fee will be added (if you move in within six days, the service fee can be 10%), and if you move in for more than one year, 10%

[Deposit payment]

The deposit can be paid in RMB through Alipay or WeChat (¥50 handling fee), and can be paid in Hong Kong dollars in cash, transfer or check.
