Ignore my messy room, hahaha, but it's really super comfortable to live here. The soundproofing in the room is quite okay, there's plenty of sunlight, and I can do laundry and cook in my own room. The building administrator is very nice, always responsive and efficient; the last time my bathroom drain was clogged, the administrator fixed it within half an hour. The building is also very safe, and the shower water is pleasantly hot, allowing for about 20 minutes of bathing. Living alone during the pandemic is really great.
