Cancellation policy:
1) After the tenant signs the contract, if the tenant needs to cancel the order due to personal reasons, the company will not refund the tenant's security deposit;
2) If the tenant needs to check out early due to reasons on the tenant’s side, the company will not refund the rent already paid by the tenant;
3) If the tenant has paid all the rent in the lease and the tenant gives up the paid rent and chooses to terminate the lease, the company will return the security deposit in accordance with the security deposit return policy.
4) Pay rent quarterly during the stay. If you choose to cancel the lease midway, it will be treated as a breach of contract, and the entire deposit will be deducted.
5) If the tenant meets one of the following two situations, please provide the relevant official certificate to the apartment. If the situation is true, the apartment will refund the paid fee within 7 working days after the approval is issued.
a) The Hong Kong government stipulates that the country or region where the tenant is located cannot enter Hong Kong.
6) No subletting allowed
If the tenant needs to terminate the lease early, he or she must give one month's written notice and two months' rent as a payment in lieu of notice to terminate the lease.
