1. Water bill, Internet bill, electricity bill

2. Rent payment method
The payment method can be selected as annual payment, semi-annual payment or quarterly payment.

3. Management fee

4. Stamp duty

5. Reservation process

[Semi-annual payment reservation process]

2) Sign the contract and pay the first installment of rent (the first six months’ rent) within 7 days after the reservation deposit is paid.
3) Pay the second installment of rent before January 15, 2027 (the remaining six months’ rent)
[Quarterly Payment Reservation Process]
1) After confirming the intention to rent a house, pay 4 months' rent as a deposit within 3 days after issuing the invoice to lock the room
2) Sign the contract and pay the first installment of rent (the first three months' rent) within 7 days after the reservation deposit is paid. The reservation deposit will be converted into a deposit.
3) Payment of each quarter’s rent (three months’ rent) before 2026.11.15, 2027.01.15, 2027.05.15
