3) Pay the second installment of rent before August 15 (the remaining half of rent)

【 Semi-annual booking process 】

1) After confirming the rental intention and issuing the invoice, pay the 2-month rent as the deposit within 7 days to lock the room

2) Sign the contract and pay the first installment of rent within 14 days after the payment of the booking fee (half of the total annual rent)

3) Pay the second installment of rent (the remaining half of rent) before January 15 of the next year.
