2) Sign the contract and the 2 months' rent deposit will be converted into a deposit.
3) Pay the first installment of 6 months' rent within 14 days after signing the contract
4) Pay the second installment of 6 months' rent before August 1. A total of 12 months' rent, paid in two installments, enjoy preferential activities for annual payment.

The relatively old houses in the busy downtown area have very convenient transportation and good amenities. There are plenty of places to eat downstairs, and the subway is just a few minutes away. However, the elevator, hallways, and the house itself are quite old. If your previous home was a mansion, I wouldn't recommend this place. The rental unit I got is quite spacious (considering the rental standards in Hong Kong), but if your previous home was already old and small, this house is a decent option.

The customer service of Xixi Apartment is very active during the rental process, but when it comes to the return of the deposit, they pretend not to see the messages. If you want to rent, make sure to check the timing for the return of the deposit in the contract. Hong Kong regulations state that it should be within 7 days after the lease ends, but their contract states within 30 days. You must argue this; otherwise, you will end up like me, never receiving the deposit.
