1) Pay 2 months' rent as a deposit within 3 days after confirming the intention to rent a room to lock the room.
2) Sign the contract and the 2 months' rent deposit will be converted into a deposit.
3) Pay the first installment of 6 months' rent within 14 days after signing the contract
4) Pay the second installment of 6 months' rent before August 1. A total of 12 months' rent, paid in two installments, enjoy preferential activities for annual payment.
[Half-year payment booking process] (including 6% monthly rent management fee)
1) Pay 2 months' rent as a deposit within 3 days after confirming the intention to rent a room to lock the room.
2) Sign the contract and the 2 months' rent deposit will be converted into a deposit.
3) Pay the first installment of 6 months' rent within 14 days after signing the contract.
4) Pay the second installment of 6 months' rent before January 15 next year. The rent is 12 months in total, paid in two installments. No discounts are available for half-yearly payments.

The management fee is 6% of the rent, and the services include government rates, 1-2 times a week cleaning of public areas, garbage transfer fees, Gigabit fiber optic network, maintenance of equipment and facilities not damaged by human factors, water fees, etc.
