Sublet policy:

1. If you need to apply for the transfer of dormitory services, the applicant must pay the administrative fee of HKD 1,000 for the transfer of dormitory services.

2 If the management company pushes it on your behalf and the management company successfully transfers it on your behalf, the applicant must pay the equivalent of half a month's service. The fee is an administrative fee for transferring dormitory services.

3. Before subletting, you need to communicate with the person in charge of the apartment in advance to avoid causing any loss of rent to the apartment. The lessee needs to provide information and obtain verification and approval from the apartment before subletting. The apartment will sign a new contract with the tenant.

4. The previous tenant and lessee shall negotiate the deposit issue themselves.
