The apartment is well-located, with shopping malls, subways, and supermarkets within a few hundred meters, making life very convenient. It has a private bathroom and is a single room, furnished with a wardrobe, desk, and bed, ready for you to move in with just your luggage. It offers a high cost-performance ratio.
The location is great, very close to the workplace. It takes just ten minutes to walk there. The area is suitable, but the newly renovated smell is quite strong, and it needs ventilation to remove formaldehyde.

The sanitation conditions on the day of check-in were extremely poor, with mold all over the bathroom walls, obvious urine stains on the toilet lid and seat, and personal belongings left by the previous tenant not cleared out. The entire room was covered in dust, there was no power in the outlets, and the mattress had obvious white paint on it. The promised refrigerator was not provided, and WiFi could not connect. I have been in the room for 8 days, but I still have not received the mailbox key, and the stamp duty has not been processed. Most disappointingly, the landlord's representative has refused to communicate and has been unreachable for 6 days. These issues have severely affected my living experience, and I hope they can be resolved as soon as possible.
