[Quarterly Payment Booking Process]

1) After confirming your intention to rent, pay four months' rent as a deposit within 3 days of receiving the invoice to reserve the room.

2) Within 7 days of receiving the deposit, sign the contract and pay the first installment of rent (the first six months' rent).

3) Pay the second installment of rent (the remaining six months' rent) before January 15, 2027. Sign the contract and pay the first installment of rent (the first three months' rent) within [number] days. The booking deposit will then be converted into a security deposit.
