The electricity bills generated by all electrical facilities in the public area (such as water heaters, microwave ovens, refrigerators, etc.) are shared by all residents in the area.

2. Payment method for rent

You can choose to pay annually, half-yearly or quarterly.

1) After confirming the intention to rent a room, pay 2 months' rent as a deposit within 7 days after the invoice is issued to lock the room

2) Sign the contract and pay the first installment of rent (half of the total rent for the whole year) within 14 days after the deposit is paid

3) Pay the second installment of rent (the remaining half of the rent) before January 15 of the next year

1) After confirming the intention to rent a room, pay 4 months' rent as a deposit within 7 days after the invoice is issued to lock the room
