1. Water, Internet and Electricity
Water and Internet fees are free throughout the year, and the public areas are cleaned by cleaning ladies every day. Electricity charges are charged for each room according to actual usage. Each room has an independent electricity meter, and the electricity charges in the room are borne by the residents of the room. The electricity charges generated by all electrical facilities in the public area (such as water heaters, microwave ovens, refrigerators, etc.) are shared by all residents in the area.
2. Rent payment method
The payment method can be selected as annual payment, semi-annual payment, or quarterly payment.

3. Management fee

4. Stamp duty
The apartment and the tenant must pay stamp duty when signing a lease agreement, and stamp it on the designated day (commonly known as "stamp duty"). If the term does not exceed 1 year, the tax rate is 0.25%, and the apartment and the tenant are responsible for half of the fee each.
5. Booking process
[Annual payment booking process]
1) After confirming the intention to rent a room, pay 2 months' rent as a deposit within 3 days after the invoice is issued to lock the room
2) Sign the contract and pay the first installment of rent (first six months' rent) within 7 days after the deposit is paid
3) Pay the second installment of rent (remaining six months' rent) before August 1, 2025
[Half-year payment booking process]
1) After confirming the intention to rent a room, pay 2 months' rent as a deposit within 3 days after the invoice is issued to lock the room
2) Sign the contract and pay the first installment of rent (first six months' rent) within 7 days after the deposit is paid
3) Pay the second installment of rent (remaining six months' rent) before January 15, 2026
[Quarterly payment booking process]
1) After confirming the intention to rent a room, pay 4 months' rent as a deposit within 3 days after the invoice is issued to lock the room
2) Sign the contract and pay the first installment of rent (first six months' rent) within 7 days after the deposit is paid
3) Pay the second installment of rent (remaining six months' rent) before January 15, 2026
Sign the contract and pay the first installment of rent (first three months' rent) within 24 hours. The deposit will be converted into a deposit.
3) Pay the rent for each quarter (three months' rent) before 2025.11.15, 2026.01.15, and 2026.05.15.
