The service personnel at the entrance are enthusiastic. Every time I see them in the public kitchen, we chat for a long time. They share their experiences of life in Hong Kong. It is especially quiet at night. The residents here have a high level of quality. I will choose to stay here again next year.

Access control requires a dedicated software that needs to connect via Bluetooth, but often it takes one or two more attempts to successfully unlock; I don't know why it can't be linked to NFC. There are two surveillance cameras at both ends of the corridor. The room's internet speed is slow, even worse than mobile data. The security personnel are all very friendly, greeting you every time you come and go. The air conditioning needs to be kept on at all times, but you also need to buy a separate dehumidifier, even so, by night, the bed sheets and pillows still feel slightly damp. The gym is divided into several rooms; it's recommended to go during the day or use the gym equipment room at night. It’s best to bring your own disinfectant or tablets for the public laundry room, as foreigners tend to throw all their underwear and socks into the washing machine.

The shared space provides a fully equipped kitchen for you to use your cooking talent and enjoy home-cooked meals, or make simple snacks in the pantry. At the same time, the shared space has a laundry room, which means you can easily wash your clothes without leaving the building. Washing and drying clothes will be charged extra. The spacious lobby is not only an excellent work space, but also an ideal place to relax and unwind. You can work out in the gym equipped with advanced training equipment or relax in the yoga room. In the indoor fitness cycling center, you can also participate in live classes and live fitness classes synchronized with Milan and London. You are free to choose the instructor and teaching language. The shared space is equipped with professional on-site security and 24-hour CCTV monitoring system to ensure your peace of mind. Bedding is not provided. Cleaning is once a week (excluding changing sheets).
