When all students in the unit check out, if the water and electricity usage exceeds the quota, the excess will be divided equally among all students in the unit and deducted from each student's deposit.
- Includes property management fees, land taxes and rates of buildings or private housing estates; apartment WiFi network fees, apartment housekeeper service fees, regular cleaning services every Sunday afternoon, free repair and replacement services for naturally aged home appliances in the apartment, and free repair and replacement services for furniture and bedding provided by the apartment.
