one. Annual payment

Deposit: 2 months rent (to be paid within 2 working days after signing)

Total Fee: 12 months rental +12 months management service charge (paid 1 month prior to arrival)

two. Semiannual payment

Phase 1 Fee: 6 months rent + management service fee (one month prior to arrival)

Phase 2 Fee: 6 months rent + Management service fee (payable before December)

Three. Quarterly payment
