Annual rent: 2 years

Annual payment customers can pay a 3-month deposit first and then pay the remaining balance on June 15.

(3 months rent as deposit +3 months rent. The following three installments of rent shall be paid 15 working days in advance of the payment period of each installment.)

It is a one-time charge. The deposit will be refunded after check-out and if there are no problems. The deposit will also be included and will not be an additional charge.

Water, electricity and gas: Electricity and gas bills are paid every two months/water bills are paid every four months. They are all government bills and you only need to share them with your roommates.

Management fee: 10%, the current early bird discount is 50% off the management fee

1. Each customer will be provided with: bed, mattress, curtains, new four-piece bed set, pillows, quilts, desk, chair, wardrobe, Hong Kong power strip, trash can, unit/room key

2. Each room will be equipped with: air conditioner, hot water kettle, Hong Kong power strip, air conditioner remote control

3. Each unit will be equipped with: refrigerator, washing machine, WIFI, stove, water heater

after-sales service:

1. Maintenance: During the customer's stay, if the unit's equipment is not maliciously damaged by man-made facilities, we will carry out a series of repairs. The customer can directly report it to the unit group and our after-sales personnel will handle it.

2. Cleaning: Each unit can enjoy a weekly cleaning service, and the aunt will go to the unit to clean the public areas (kitchen/toilet/living room/corridor)
