The apartment environment is excellent, exceeding expectations, with a shared kitchen and a shared washing machine, as well as basketball courts, badminton courts, and table tennis tables 🙏 The most important thing is that it is particularly safe; only students and teachers are allowed to live here.
Before coming to Hong Kong for my studies, I was really stressed about finding a place to live until I discovered the Rixin She, which totally surprised me!<br><br>The location is truly amazing, just a 5-minute walk from Diamond Hill MTR station. It's super convenient to transfer between the Kwun Tong Line and the Tuen Ma Line, making it quick to get to any school. There are convenience stores and restaurants right downstairs, and a Cainiao Station across the street, which makes daily shopping and receiving packages a breeze.<br><br>The three-person room I live in has fantastic lighting and a great view. The room is fully equipped with a wardrobe, shoe cabinet, study desk, etc., and it has a separate dry and wet bathroom, which is very convenient. Plus, the rent includes utilities and Wi-Fi, and there’s cleaning service every week, so I don’t have to worry at all.
Rixin House has convenient transportation, a clean environment, complete facilities, standardized management, and is worth recommending.

The facilities are great with a gym, badminton and basketball courts, and a shared kitchen that is well-equipped. There is formaldehyde indoors, but you can arrange for a formaldehyde removal service, which has a good attitude and provides attentive service. The location is also very close to the subway station, within a five-minute walk. Nearby, there are 711, Wellcome, Baijia, and Qian Dama, making it convenient for purchasing daily necessities.

I am so lucky to have found this place, there are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and there are many discounts available when showing the room card.
The security is very good. The hygiene is also very good.
