If the tenant needs to print stamp duty, please submit it to the apartment within one week after paying the deposit and signing the contract. The stamp duty printing time is within 30 days of signing the contract. If it is overdue, a fine will be incurred. The fine incurred overtime will be paid by the tenant himself.

Rent payment method
1. Annual payment
Deposit: 2 months rent (paid within 2 working days after signing the contract)
Total cost: 12 months rent + 12 months management service fee (paid one month before moving in)
Payment method: Pay 2 months rent as deposit within 2 working days after signing the contract; pay 12 months rent and management service fee one month before moving in.
Yearly payment method: 30% off the annual management service fee (early bird discount)
2. Half-year payment
Deposit: 2 months' rent (paid within 2 working days after signing)
First installment: 6 months' rent + management service fee (paid one month before moving in)
Second installment: 6 months' rent + management service fee (paid before December)
Payment method: Pay 2 months' rent as deposit within 2 working days after signing; pay the first installment of rent and management service fee one month before moving in, and pay the second installment of rent and management service fee before December
3. Quarterly payment
Deposit: 3 months' rent (paid within 2 working days after signing)
First installment: 3 months' rent + management service fee (paid one month before moving in)
Second installment: 3 months' rent + management service fee (paid before October)
Third installment: 3 months' rent + management service fee (paid before December)
Fourth installment: 3 months' rent + management service fee (paid in December of the following year) Months before)

4. 10 Months Payment (only for some houses)
Deposit: 2 months rent (paid within 2 working days after signing the contract)
Total cost: 10 months rent + 10 months management service fee (paid one month before moving in)
Payment method: Pay 2 months rent as deposit within 2 working days after signing the contract; pay 10 months rent and management service fee one month before moving in.
Management service fee includes:
1. Daily maintenance (toilet, light, sewer maintenance, etc.)
2. Air conditioner cleaning (before moving in)
3. Activation of water, electricity, gas
4. Cleaning fees for public areas
5. Property management fee
6. Covers water charges incurred by residents during the lease period, and tenants do not need to pay separately
7. Daily service consultation for customer service
