【Fee Details】
1. A deposit is required when booking a room:
(1) One-time payment of rent, deposit is two months' rent. Yixiang Credit Residence, one-time payment of rent can enjoy a deposit of 3,000, only for Yixiang Haoju customers.
(2) Half-yearly payment of rent, deposit is three months' rent
(3) Quarterly payment of rent, deposit is three months' rent (only for working people or old customers)
(4) Monthly payment of rent, deposit is three months' rent (only for working people)

2. The rent must be paid before check-in (25.8.1), and the payment methods are as follows:
(1) Pay the rent in one lump sum, and you can enjoy the annual payment price and discounts of the platform login
(2) Pay the rent half-yearly, the price is adjusted to 100% of the annual payment price, no discount
(3) Pay the rent quarterly, the price is adjusted to 105% of the annual payment price, no discount
(4) Pay the rent monthly, the price is adjusted to 118%, no discount

3. The all-inclusive price includes management fees and miscellaneous expenses. The following services are included:

(1) All-inclusive water, electricity, gas and internet fees, rates and land rent, free use of home appliances, electricity/gas charges capped at HK$1,500/year per household [HK$1,500 for the entire house, not per room. When you move out, the water and electricity bill will be divided equally according to the lease term (not the actual occupancy period) and the number of residents]

(2) Free home maintenance and on-site service by the maintenance team throughout the year, valued at $15,000

(3) Cleaning of common areas once a month, valued at $12,000

(4) New bedding provided upon check-in, valued at $1,000

(5) No management fee, valued at $8,000

(6) Emergency unlocking service at half price, valued at $800/time

4. Refer a friend reward:
