• 1st instalment: 3 monthly rent. Due date: 31 March 2025 or Paid within 5 working days after signing License Agreement;

• 2nd instalment: 9 monthly rent. Due date: 11 August 2025.

Pay by 3 Instalments

• 2 months' rent as deposit: paid within 5 working days after signing License Agreement

• 1st instalment: 3 monthly rent. Due date: 31 March 2025 or Paid within 5 working days after signing License Agreement;

• 2nd instalment: 6 monthly rent. Due date: 11 August 2025;

• 3rd instalment: 3 monthly rent. Due date: 31 December 2025.
