Deposit

1 month's monthly rental fee. This 1 month deposit will serve as a deposit for your entire stay. The deposit will be refunded within 30 days after your booking period expires, and any unpaid outstanding fees/charges during your stay will be deducted before the refund is processed.

The apartment supports installment payment:

1. Full payment

First installment: 6 months' rent. Pay within 5 working days after signing the license agreement, and pay the deposit at the same time;

Second installment: 6 months' rent. Pay 1 week before the contract start date;

3. Pay in three installments (three months' rent must be paid as a deposit)

First installment: 3 months' rent. Pay within 5 working days after signing the license agreement, and pay the deposit at the same time;

Second installment: 6 months' rent. Pay 1 week before the contract start date;
