1. The location is very convenient. Whether you’re going to China Hong Kong Island, Shenzhen, the airport, or Sai Kung, it can almost be considered a central location—not too near and not too far~ 2. Shopping downstairs is very convenient, with a strong old China Hong Kong atmosphere. The nearest mall, New Century MOKO, is just a 4-minute walk away~ 3. The windows are very beautiful, with excellent natural light and plenty of sunshine every day~ 4. There is a beautiful Flower Market opposite, making it cheap and convenient to buy flowers
A perfect rental experience beyond expectations! This rental truly exceeded my expectations! From viewing the apartment to signing the lease, the entire process was incredibly smooth. The apartment looked exactly like the photos—if anything, it was even better in person! The room has excellent natural light, is clean and tidy, and the furniture and appliances are all new. The mattress is just the right balance of soft and firm, which is a real blessing for someone like me who is a light sleeper. What satisfied me the most was the property manager, who was super nice and very easy to communicate with. They responded quickly to messages and helped resolve any small issues right away, making me feel especially at ease even while living away from home. The environment is also great, with strict security, and there’s a convenience store and bus stop right downstairs, making daily life and commuting extremely convenient. I sincerely recommend this place to anyone currently looking for a home. It’s definitely a “home” where you can settle in with peace of mind. A five-star review—well deserved!

The ground and bed are slanted (the repair has not been thoroughly resolved until now). Sleeping with the head low and feet high for a few months is completely like a funny meeting room. It's very noisy along the street, and you must wear earplugs to sleep. Rent with caution.
