There are a total of 7 people on the 18th floor. The lower floor has 2 rooms (Premium Single Room Duplex & Standard Twin Room Duplex), so 3 students share 1 bathroom. The upper floor also has 2 rooms (Deluxe Twin Room Duplex & Premium Twin Room Duplex), so 4 students share 2 bathrooms, i.e., 2 people share 1 bathroom. The washing machine on the 18th floor is shared by all 7 people.

Rooms on the 18th floor of the Standard Twin Room Duplex have a balcony off the floor; other room types do not.

Bed Size: Beds 4-6: Mattress size 89*185*15cm / Beds 7 and above: 77*180cm

Note: All room types have a fixed lease term of 11.5 months.

Payment Methods

Full rent deposit: Two months' rent, payable within 5 business days of signing the permit agreement.

Full rent due date: March 31, 2026 or within 5 business days of signing the permit agreement.

Installment deposit deposit: Two months' rent, payable within 5 business days of signing the permit agreement.

First installment: Three months' rent. Due date: March 31, 2026 or within 5 business days of signing the permit agreement.

Second installment: Nine months' rent. Due date: August 1, 2026.
