1. Water, Internet, and Electricity Fees

2. Rent Payment Methods
Payment options include annual or semi-annual payments.

We accept Hong Kong bank transfers, mainland bank transfers, WeChat Pay, and Alipay.

3. Management Fee
The management fee is 6% of the rent. It includes furniture maintenance and repairs (natural wear and tear), common area flooring, common area and restroom cleaning, and garbage collection.

4. Reservation Process

【Annual Payment Reservation Process】
1) After confirming your intention to rent, pay two months' rent as a deposit within 3 days of receiving the invoice to reserve the room.
2) Sign the contract and pay the first installment of rent (for the first six months) within 7 days of paying the deposit.
3) Pay the second installment of rent (for the remaining four months and seven days) before August 1st.

【Semi-annual Payment Reservation Process】
1) After confirming your intention to rent, pay two months' rent as a deposit within 3 days of receiving the invoice to reserve the room.
2) Sign the contract and pay the first installment of rent (for the first six months) within 7 days of paying the deposit.

3) Pay the second installment of rent (for the remaining four months and seven days) before January 15th of the following year.
