Overall, quite satisfied. The furniture is brand new, relatively clean. The space layout is reasonable, and the lighting is also good. However, the sound insulation is poor; the noise from the shower and the faucet is too loud, and conversations are crystal clear. But my roommate is relatively quiet and doesn't disturb too much.
