-Shared for 4 people, fully furnished, with a shared kitchen and three separate bathrooms

-Shared spaces only have refrigerators and dining tables and chairs (occupants must bring their own cooking equipment)

Explanation of fees
[1] Accommodation fee:
Includes management fee, government rates and rent, weekly cleaning service for shared spaces and general wear and tear maintenance
[2] Water, electricity and internet charges: HK$300 per month in advance for water, electricity and internet charges. The actual usage will be calculated upon check-out. The amount will be deducted from the actual usage.
[3] Security deposit: If the room facilities are complete upon check-out, the security deposit will be refunded upon check-out.

Yixianghaoju is a third-party platform for booking intention deposit rules:

1. In order to protect the rights of students to book a room while waiting for the formal contract of the apartment, and to deal with the slow processing of the contract by the apartment during the peak season, and to reduce the risk of loss of housing sources, the third-party platform provides a "temporary storage of intention deposit" service. The intention deposit of "800 yuan" is a temporary place-occupancy fee to show the sincerity of booking a room, not the final rent or deposit. The intention deposit can handle our 1-15 working days of queue booking. After receiving the amount, the consultant will synchronize the apartment to issue the contract as soon as possible.

1. When the apartment opens the reservation and processes the reservation, the application of students who pay the intention deposit will be given priority.

2. Extended reservation:
- If the apartment contract is not completed within 1-15 working days of the reservation period, if the student still has the intention, he or she can apply for an extension of the reservation period (providing the apartment delay certificate), and the maximum cumulative period shall not exceed 30 working days. 3. During the reservation period, if the student has booked other houses with the same rental period through Yixianghaoju, an unconditional refund can be made.

II. Refund Rules
1. Full refund conditions:
- After successfully signing the apartment contract, apply for a refund in the system background with the formal contract, screenshot of the deposit payment and the payment voucher of the intention deposit.
- If the contract is cancelled due to reasons of the apartment (official proof must be provided), an unconditional refund can be made.
2. If the student is in the retention period waiting for the contract, the refund can be made at any time.
3. If the student receives the contract sent by the consultant, even if it is within the extended retention period applied by the student, the platform does not accept any reason for a refund.

III. Supplementary Provisions
1. The right to interpret these rules belongs to the third-party platform and the cooperative apartment.
