Tai Nam Lau postgraduate accommodation is fully furnished and ready to move in, with a mattress provided. The room is a bit small, but still acceptable. Storage space is limited, so large luggage needs to be organized properly. The dorm WiFi speed is stable and works smoothly. The sound insulation is generally good, and under normal circumstances, you won’t be disturbed. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Tai Po Market, various cha chaan tengs, and convenient places for dining and grocery shopping. The dorm does not have a kitchen, and open-flame cooking is not allowed. Overall, it offers good value for money and is suitable for taught master’s students. Facilities include a bed, desk, and clothes hangers, and the hygiene is also very good, with regular cleaning at scheduled times.

Explanation of fees
[1] Accommodation fee:
Includes management fee, government rates and rent, weekly cleaning service for shared spaces and general wear and tear maintenance
[2] Water, electricity and internet charges: HK$300 per month in advance for water, electricity and internet charges. The actual usage will be calculated upon check-out. The amount will be deducted from the actual usage.
[3] Security deposit: If the room facilities are complete upon check-out, the security deposit will be refunded upon check-out.
