【Fee Details】
1. A deposit is required when booking a room:

(1) Pay the full rent in one lump sum when booking, no deposit required (Yixiang Credit Stay, only for Yixiang Haoju customers)

(2) Pay the rent in one lump sum, the deposit is two months' rent

(3) Pay the rent quarterly, the deposit is three months' rent

(4) Pay the rent monthly, the deposit is three months' rent

2. The rent must be paid before moving in, and the payment methods are as follows:

(1) Pay the rent in one lump sum, you can enjoy the annual payment price of the platform login

(2) Pay the rent quarterly, the price is adjusted to 107.5% of the annual payment price

(3) Pay the rent monthly, the price is adjusted to 110% of the annual payment price

3. The real one-price all-inclusive management fee and miscellaneous fees include the following services:

(1) Limited time event, first come first served! Electricity/gas charges for each apartment will be reduced by HK$1,500/unit/year; if the lease term is less than one year, the reduction will be proportional to the lease term.

(2) Free home maintenance and door-to-door service by the maintenance team throughout the year

(3) Cleaning of public areas once a month

(4) Free emergency unlocking service

4. Recommend friend rewards:

(1) Get a cash rebate of HK$300 for each friend you recommend

(2) Get a special edition Octopus card for recommending two or more friends
